During peak periods (Nurses Week, holidays) please allow additional time. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for size exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective — we will replace it at no charge. Simply email us at hello@thevitaltee.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll make it right. We stand behind every product we ship.
